This website is operated under the Zook'd AF brand. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Zook'd AF. By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this site.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Your use of the site after an update is subject to the revised terms.

Adults 21+ only

This site and its products are intended only for adults age 21 or older. By entering the site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 and meet any higher legal-age requirement that applies where you live or receive an order. We may use age or identity verification and may cancel an order that cannot be verified.

Product and location eligibility

Product eligibility varies by product, destination, and applicable law. A product appearing on this site does not mean it is available or lawful in every location. You are responsible for confirming that your purchase, possession, and use are permitted where you are located.

We may restrict products or destinations, request additional verification, refuse service, or cancel and refund an order when we cannot lawfully or responsibly fulfill it. Do not use a forwarding service, reshipper, or false address to avoid a restriction.

Product information and verification

We work to keep product pages accurate and current. Packaging, formulas, directions, warnings, availability, and lab documents may change. Always read the final package before use.

Do not use a product if its formula, directions, product-specific warnings, or matching certificate of analysis are missing, unclear, expired, or inconsistent with the package. Stop and contact us with the product name and lot information.

Photographs and packaging art are provided for identification and may not show every final detail. A product is not ready for sale because artwork exists.

Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only after payment, eligibility, inventory, and verification checks are complete and we send confirmation that it has been accepted or shipped. We may limit quantities or cancel an order before shipment. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Prices, discounts, and availability may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before fulfillment and will offer cancellation and a refund when required.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we clearly state otherwise. Adult signature, government-issued identification, or another eligibility check may be required at delivery.

Responsible use

Use products only as directed on the final package. Keep all adult products secure and away from children and pets. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Ask a qualified healthcare professional before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. Do not drive, operate machinery, or do anything requiring full attention after using an impairing product. Do not combine adult alternative products with alcohol or other substances.

Prohibited use

Some site features are provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, verification vendors, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. A link to a third-party site is not a guarantee or endorsement of its content or availability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that a product is permitted in every location.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, unlawful use, failure to follow package directions, or attempts to bypass eligibility controls. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent allowed by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
