THCA and THCP: what the letters on the box tell you
Two lanes, two sets of letters, same 2 g format. What the naming on the artwork does and does not commit us to.
The Hash Holes lane splits into two: THCA products and THCP products. Same 2 g pre-roll format, same hash-core construction, different letters on the front.
The letters name a cannabinoid, not a strength
This is the part worth being clear about. "THCA" on a box tells you which cannabinoid the product is built around. It does not tell you how much of it is in there, and it is not a ranking. A shorter acronym is not a weaker product and a longer one is not a stronger one.
The only thing that tells you quantity is a lab result for that specific batch. That is the number on a certificate of analysis, and it is the number we will not print until we have it.
What we currently state, per lane
- THCA Hash Holes — Blue Dream, Gorilla Glue, Sour Diesel. Artwork states a 2 g THCA Hash Hole pre-roll and identifies indoor THCA flower with a slow-burn hash batter core.
- THCP Hash Holes — Berry Blast, Granddaddy Purple, Strawberry Cough. Artwork states a 2 g THCP Hash Hole pre-roll with a slow-burn hash batter core. The complete flower and core formula is pending verification.
You will notice the THCP entries carry an extra line of "pending". That is not an oversight. The THCA line's formula is described on the artwork in enough detail to repeat; the THCP line's is not, so we have not filled it in.
Strain names are flavour and lineage, not dosage
Blue Dream, Sour Diesel, Granddaddy Purple — these name the flower, and they set expectations about aroma and lineage. They are not a strength scale either.
